statement provides information on the obligations of the Manager under the Hong
Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486 (the “Ordinance”). The Manager will
endeavor to ensure all collection and/or storage and/or transmission and/or of
personal data by the Manager will be done in accordance with the obligations
and requirements of the Ordinance. The Manager at all times, respect the
confidentiality of and endeavor to keep safe any and all personal data collected
and/or stored and/or transmitted.
Collection of Personal Data
The Manager
may collect personal data (including, but not limited to, name, address, e-mail
address, telephone and fax numbers) from you from time
to time. The Manager may collect personal data when you submit comments,
notifications or other correspondence to the Manager through this website or
otherwise. In addition, the Manager may collect personal data through this
website by using cookies, clicktrails or other
methods of monitoring web usage.
Purpose of Collections
The Manager
may collect personal data from you from time to time for a number of purposes,
including: (i) maintenance, administration and
monitoring of this website; (ii) collection and publication of notifications
with respect to interests in Units in GZI REIT received by the Manager; (iii)
following up on messages that you submit to the Manager through this website or
otherwise; (iv) facilitating the administration and delivery of services to
you; (v) verification of identity and/or records; (vi) compiling statistics of
the use of this website; (vii) marketing and promotional efforts by or on
behalf of the Manager; (viii) liaising and communicating with government
departments, regulators or agencies; (ix) fulfilling any other purposes
relating to the Manager's business and activities; and (x) transferring
personal data to places outside of
Disclosure of Personal Data
The Manager
will keep all personal data confidential but may, where such disclosure is
necessary to satisfy the abovementioned purpose(s) or directly related
purposes, provide the personal data to the following parties (whether in or
outside of Hong Kong):
(i) any subsidiaries, holding companies, associated companies or
affiliates of, or entities controlled by the Manager (collectively, the “Manager’s Group”), business partners
and professional advisers in connection with the operation of its business and
activities;
(ii) any
agent, contractor or third party who provides administrative, installation,
telecommunication, computer, payment, insurance, financing, information or
other services to any member of the Manager’s Group in Hong Kong or elsewhere;
(iii) any persons under a duty of confidentiality to the Manager
or who has undertaken to keep such data confidential;
(iv) any person to whom the Manager is required by applicable
legal, governmental or regulatory requirements to make disclosure; and
(v) any actual or proposed assignee, purchaser or subscriber of
all or part of the business of the Manager or participant or sub-participant or
transferee of the Manager's rights.
Access and Correction of Personal
Data
Under the
Ordinance, you have the right to check whether the Manager holds any personal
data relating to you and, if so, obtain a copy of the data, and require the
Manager to correct any personal data relating to you which is inaccurate. You
may also request the Manager to inform you of the type of personal data held by
the Manager.

exercise your right of access and/or correction by sending your request in

The Manager reserves the right to amend
this Privacy Policy Statement at its sole discretion at any time without prior
notice. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese
versions of this Privacy Policy Statement, the English version shall prevail.
